The hotel property was convenient with ideal location very close to the airport, the downtown area, number 7 train. Terrific and fantastically friendly staff as one would expect. Delicious dishes were served at the casual restaurant. Good customer service provided too. Lobby was nice.

The hotel is fairly clean, with best personal, and offers unbeatable location close enough to the airport, Citi Field and number 7 train about 30 mins to Grand central Station;))

We enjoyed almost every detail: best possible location, sympathetic staff. Generally everything was good, however the bathroom was quite small. A wide range of freshly made food for American breakfast. Courteous service within 1 km of the airport. Decent overall experience.
